Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to post to your original method of payment.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you have 72 hours upon receipt to contact us at info@mwango.shop.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
