Returns and right of withdrawal
Customers in Finland and the EU: When you buy goods from our online store as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period normally begins on the day after you or a person you have designated (other than the carrier) receives the goods. You may also notify us of your withdrawal before delivery.
To exercise the right, send a clear notice to info@mwango.shop within the 14-day period. Include your name, order number and the products you wish to return. After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the return instructions.
You may examine the goods as you would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning. Please include the original packaging and all included parts where possible; original packaging is not, by itself, a condition for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
Unless we have agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when withdrawing from a purchase. We will refund the payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Exceptions: The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods and contracts specified by law, such as clearly personalised or made-to-order goods and certain sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after opening. If an exception applies to a product, we will provide the legally required information before purchase.
Sale items: A discount or sale price does not, by itself, remove a consumer's statutory right of withdrawal. Any exceptions are limited to those provided by applicable law.
Order cancellations
You may ask us to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting info@mwango.shop as soon as possible. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible. This voluntary pre-dispatch cancellation process does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal, including the right to withdraw before delivery where applicable.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, contact us at info@mwango.shop and include your order number and photos where relevant. Your statutory rights concerning defects remain unaffected. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. A short reporting period in this policy does not limit those statutory rights.
