Shipping Policy

International shipping

We ship to Finland and selected international destinations. Available delivery countries are shown at checkout. Orders over €80 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders of €80 or less, standard shipping costs €10.

Please allow an average of 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on the destination. Together, processing and shipping typically take 10–15 business days. These are estimates and delivery may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays or other circumstances outside our control. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you as appropriate.

Pre-orders and back-orders

If an order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will contact you or provide the applicable availability information. Where an order is split into multiple shipments, the shipment details will be communicated to you.

Tracking your order

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available. Tracking details may take 1–3 business days to appear. You can use our Order Tracking page to follow your shipment.

Delivery problems

Please contact us at info@mwango.shop if your parcel appears lost, arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated delivery period. Please include your order number. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and assist you. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

Address details

Please check that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@mwango.shop. We can only change the address if the order has not yet been dispatched and the change is still possible.
