• Specifications - The entire complete set is approx. 21×33×16 CM (L x W x H) and weighs about 1 kg. They are made from high-quality PVC, Polyester Fiber, Metal materials. Recommended for ages 15 & up.

• No Unnecessary Returns/Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-defective blind box items.
  
• Inspection Upon Delivery: Immediately check your order upon receipt. Contact us within 24 hours at info@mwango.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide evidence (photos/video) for evaluation.
  

2. Return Eligibility

• 7-Day Policy: Valid for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only, starting from the delivery date.

  ✔ Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories
  
  ✔ Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)
  
  ✔ Unboxing video + clear photo evidence of the defect/error
  
• Exclusions:
