• No Unnecessary Returns/Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-defective blind box items.
  
• Inspection Upon Delivery: Immediately check your order upon receipt. Contact us within 24 hours at info@mwango.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide evidence (photos/video) for evaluation.

• 7-Day Policy: Valid for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only, starting from the delivery date.
