  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Immediately check your order upon receipt. Contact us within 24 hours at info@mwango.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide evidence (photos/video) for evaluation.

2. Return Eligibility

  • 7-Day Policy: Valid for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only, starting from the delivery date.
  • Requirements:

    ✔ Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories

    ✔ Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)

    ✔ Unboxing video + clear photo evidence of the defect/error
  • Exclusions:

    ❌ Box wear or tear (natural during storage/shipping)

    ❌ Orders with unpaid customs/duties (unless defective/damaged/incorrect)

3. Return Process

  2. Approval: If accepted, a prepaid return label and instructions will be provided.
  3. Rejection Notice: Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

4. Exchanges

  • In-Stock Items: Defective or incorrect items will be replaced with new ones.
  • Out-of-Stock Items:

5. Refunds
