* No Unnecessary Returns/Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-defective blind box items.
* Inspection Upon Delivery: Immediately check your order upon receipt. Contact us within 24 hours at info@mwango.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide evidence (photos/video) for evaluation.
2. Return Eligibility
* 7 Day Policy: Valid for defective/damaged/incorrect items only, starting from the delivery date.
* Requirements:
✔ Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories.
✔ Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation).
✔ Unboxing video + clear photo evidence of the defect/error.
* Exclusions:
❌ Box wear/tear (natural during storage/shipping).
❌ Orders with unpaid customs/duties (unless defective/damaged/incorrect).
